Do you choose to read the book yourself of listen to a book on tape? Do you think books on tape are missing something? I prefer to read, that way i can picture it how i want to, not how someone else wants to.

Phaedra_Scythe Probably books - especially since so many books on tape are the abridged versions. I like to go at my own pace and sometimes feel I miss something if my attention wanders while I'm listening to tape. That said, certain narrators can make a book on tape...

peavey I enjoy listening to books on tape when I'm busy doing something else, like knitting or driving. I do like to read, but with books on tape I can get a little more enjoyment from every day things.

Penguinsangel I watch All My Children. Its the only one I watch. I started watching it back when Kelly Ripa was on it and just kept watching after she left. Did you know that Passions is ending its run this summer?
