meemaw I go to bed around ten on the nites I am not working on nites I work then its eleventhirty but I usually up between six or seven no matter what time i go to bed sometimes even earlier if I am having a bad nite with lots of pain.

meemaw I make chili during the cold season,I use tomatoe juice,hamburg,greenbeans,chili seasoning,stewed tomatoes,and let it simmer in a crockpot all day long and fix rice to go with it and of course crackers.

meemaw I can not sleep if the tv isnt on,we leave it on all nite,one reason for that is I dont sleep thru the nite so when I am awake for a couple of hours I lay and watch tv until I fall back to sleep.
