i am tired to be feeling tired. i am losing energy. i guess i failed to have the needed rest i need for this week, this weekend..
Even though i told you that i had an 8 hours sleep, and also 3 hour sleep again, it is not enough....

Vasai Diana I have the same problem and no matter how much or how less i sleep, I am always tired, at school especially because boredom+tired=death on the inside. The solution to my problem is sleeping 2 or 3 hours afternoon. BUT i can't always, but it helps. Like...
