meliaz99 it depends on websites you visit. If the site using an adsense program and the site is adsense-cheating like show popups when you click the pages. So to solve this problem, you have to disable popups on your browser. Happy browsing!

meliaz99 Try to uninstall it from control panels add or remove programs. I've ever used the program before, but I think I don't need it, so I uninstall it. I see you don't need the program too, so just uninstall it.

meliaz99 I recommend you to NOT join any get-paid-to-survey site. Most of those sites are scams like AW Surveys site, and the other get-paid-to-survey program. But if you find the real legit get-paid-to-survey program, maybe you can try it.

meliaz99 Your hardisk and RAM is enough for a general computer. So maybe the problem is your computer has lots of apps or games and it makes your computer is becoming slow and busy and cause a blue screen to your computer when you'r trying to open an application.
