mermaidivy I don't know about home remedies but I have used Aquaphor over the years since I have found out from my pediatrician for my children's rashes. It works out great on their baby skin so I whenever I have rashes, I use them too, it works great! I hope it helps...

mermaidivy I think it's very inconvenient. They do that back in my hometown, it charges you to get a plastic so we have to bring our recycle bag; I like to have plastic bag when I shop grocery then I recycle them as trash bag at home.

mermaidivy I think the best way is to drink when you want to drink, I don't think you have to force yourself to drink a certain amount. Just keep yourself hydrated, drink the water as needed would be good enough.
