I am trying to eat healthier for weight loss but am tired of eating frozen diet meals and tuna for lunch. Any good suggestions that are nutritious, inexpensive and easy to fix?

I've got to say I'm loving this show! I taped the premiere last night because I was at work until almost 10pm. I also had to tape The Biggest Loser and the Dancing With The Stars results show, and of course I watched them first....

mhansen I loved watching the first season of The Voice and can't wait for the 2nd season, which will air right after the Super Bowl!! My personal favorite from season 1 was Nakia!

mhansen I think I worry most about things that I can't control. I guess, like unexpected events and the injury, illness or loss of loved ones. My family is mostly out of state so that makes it harder.
