every night i keep my alarm...i get up in the morning...stop it and sleep back again...it happens only when my family is with me...my wife sits every morning for half an hour just to wake me...when she is not here with me i get up...

mherdvilla yah i used it especially with the kind of work i had, when my clock rings i tried to wake up, if not it gonna make me sleep again..

mherdvilla since childhood i was in my grandparents home, so i move when i was 17 yrs old and i move because i have to go to college, so i am out almost 4 yrs, and from then on i am now leaving independently.

i admire my parents for the way they raised me up. now that i am older i look back and it shows in the way i raise my kids. and admire them for putting up with me for 24 long years LOL. me and my parents have a good relationship...

mherdvilla Almost of our family member are suffering from high blood presure, my father did when his pressure gets up, he just drink unsweetend juice like pineapple juice, or he beite a onion for 2-5 minuetes, and take shower..
