Can anyone please explain to me why the middle and lower class people pay more of a percentage of taxes out of each paycheck than the wealthy? I do not understand why the percentage taken out is not a universal percentage... why...

mi87do hey come on Ronaldinho is not at his top form right now but i am sure he'll be back, but he has 2 move on 2 another team he got bored playing 4 Barcelona thats all and i am sure if he played with Scolari 4 example he'll play better than ever he is one of...
