michan I try to put the tip over a flame for a split second and then try to write with it. I repeat the procedure until it writes consistently. If after 10 times and it still can't be restored, I just throw it away. Seems to work about 75% of the time for me.

michan I stop for a bit and try to relax and close my eyes. I try to nap if I can, making sure I don't oversleep. I listen to soothing music as well. Other times, I log on to my irc channel and talk to some people for a bit for some laughs to calm me down....
