Well compensated but not happy or happy but less money?

At present time are these options still applicable or not. Is it important that your are happy with your job or what matters most in that you are well compensated. If it is still applicable for you what wounld you choose?

mielshare yah me too I prefer to work when I am happy cause I won't be productive if I work with people like that. Same with me I resign from my job in a bank and now I am happy with my present job..Thanx for sharing Lidiam!
