So fruits contain a tonne of sugar I hear..is this true? Does this mean it's not healthy to eat a lot of fruits? I've always thought that it was a good habit to eat lots of fruits.. what do you guys think?

mikeyo105 hmm...i don't mind the crust for other breads..(actually some are really good!).. but how about for plain bread?..i mean the most common white bread that has sorta like a soft crust to it... do you also like that crust too?..

mikeyo105 Well actually the comfort inn does do a pretty good job!... i stayed at several of them on a road trip from boston to Virginia visiting universities along the way and I loved staying at the comfort inn so props to your brother keep up to the good work!
