Just an Ordinary Owl? A valid account means one which is registered properly in your name and your country. MyLot cannot pay to certain countries . Whether you can withdraw your PayPal balance to a bank or credit card has nothing to do with MyLot. That is your own affair.

topffer For what I know you don't need a verified PayPal to be paid by myLot, you just need a PayPal account. However, if your account is unverified, you will only be able to use your balance to buy online, in the limits fixed by PayPal for your country.
