how does someone feels if he cannot read and write?

I wounder how will someone feel if he/she cannot read and write; do we blame there parents or the environment. please can somebody help me to explain some of these causes.

I believe in sincerity, I always fall as a victim of circumstance due to trust.A friend gave me some money to keep and he asked me if i am in serious need i can use it then refund him when he wants it back, then another friend...
