how many cups of rice do you eat?

well a lot of people eat their meal with rice and some can't just eat without it. i just want to know, are you even aware how many cups of rice you eat? :)

I saw this segment of Oprah where they were promoting the use of a Neti Pot. Apparently you use it to pour saltwater through your nose to promote health. Anyone have any opinions?

monkeysay I have heard Netipot, which is widely available in Wal-Mart, etc, is very good in curing flu. However, I have personally not tried it before.
