can i ask what may be best for the eyes when your infront of your pc/laptop inside your room, lights on or not? i dimmed my monitor so its not so bright. i dont know if it helps.

you might take this for granted, but atlest turn off electric equipments or gadgets that not in use. it save some electric bills, and also avoiding fire incidents.
