krebstar5 There are very few movies that come to mind that are critically acclaimed and based on books. Some that come to mind are One Flew Over the Cukkoo's Nest, Cold Mountain, and Lord of the Rings. So if critical acclaim, makes a good movie I suppose it is possible....
