mrmucc88 i created my first e-mail in about 1999. i no longer use AOL so i do not use that e-mail anymore. also i rarely checked it so i had thousands of unread e-mails. too many to go through and delete.

mrmucc88 They are definitely just a way to make money. Police can't be everywhere and catch everything. Also, even if the police see you, it's kind of a judgment call. They don't always give you a ticket depending on the situation. The camera are automatic.
