Tam1204 I either smile and wave at the person or just ignore them. It depends on my mood. I am not a self conscious person so it doesn't bother me. I do know a lot of people that are bothered by it.

stanley777 If I don't know the person I would be angry or I would ask if there's any problem or if I'm bothering him/her. it's not a good attitude for a person to stare at someone especially if he/she doesn't know the person. Staring could also lead to provocation.
