i prefer long hair, because if the hair is long and more on your head then the heat from the head has been absorbed by the hair and we won't get headaches frequently. What about you?

one can decrese their weight by jogging at morning and walking at morning and evening and they ll decrease their weight by eating non vegatarian food and oil less food..if they are eating oil food their body will grow easily that...
