Who here gets their full eight hours sleep each night?

We're supposed to get eight hours sleep every night on average to stay healthy, or so the experts tell us. So who here actually does manage to get their full eight hours sleep every night or most nights? Do you get more, or less?...

muz_alis ya man. music is an important part of my life.....so important that i cant imagine a world without it.......people get addicted to drugs,alcohol,n all dat nonsense stuff which ultimately takes away their life.......they should rather try getting addicted to...

muz_alis we will never be able to know -wats da actual root of depression .....'cos there r so many factors contributing to it...lik family pressures........work pressure......spouse pressure....etc.......wat if u combine all of them.....wat u will get is...
