I'm most concern about my figure these days. I still have this post maternity figure and weight and I'm too busy, can't find time going to the gym. Can anyone share to me some simple tips to flatten my tummy?

moonke i have the post maternity figure as well. so i understand how you feel. I do yoga and pilates at home. and yogalates (which is a combo of both). Both these work on on the core muscles (abs) in our body. i do this at home, w/ dvd's. I have differen't ones...

magnet I hold my belly in all day everyday. That helped me lose my post maternity belly. I also nursed, nursing can also burn maternity weight. I lost all of my maternity weight within 3 weeks of having my baby without exercising.

What do you do when you get a telemarketing call?

Do u take the call? do you politely refuse them? or do you hang up immediately on them? Do you shout at them, curse at them, verbally abuse at them or sue them? Or report them to the attorney general?

trinidadvelasco I believe that it is fine enough for me to refuse them. I don't think it will be proper to be nasty unto persons who are only trying to do their job. It will be good if we will consider once in a while how others fare in life in order to make it through.
