mykmalice your welcome,i just woke from a restful sleep my doctor gave me lunesta, ot's all natural and not habit forming i feel pretty good right now so maybe ask your doctor for that. it helps me. good luck and good night.

mykmalice it was a sitcom from the late 70's and early 80's about some detectives i.e. barney millerand all of the comedy that ensues at the station.
