naka75 I guess this is just a natural response if we do not feel appreciated or acknowledged, be it is the sales staff or the customers. The sales staff must understand that they're spokepersons of the company and they have to portray a professional image.

naka75 Yes! In fact we're also buying into the customer service besides the goods. If the store has bad customer service, it also reflects the same bad image on their products, even though in actual fact the products are of premium quality.

naka75 Yeah, Loreal and Clarins are the two favourite brands among guys I guess because they do target to the mens need. I would prefer Loreal over Clarins as Clarins tend to be overhyped and more expensive, and the products are not as attractive as Loreal.

naka75 Yes I believe that it is not necessary to buy an expensive brand of skincare just because the products contain some novel ingredients. Sometimes the formulation are not as good as the cheaper brands.
