protein snacks

I have pre-diabetes so far as I know. I bought some of the "Extend Bars" which are good for keeping blood levels even and have a lot of protein. my question is....what are some other good snacks to have between meals? Thanks

nascarlady80 The key is to balance out your nutritional intake of protein and carbs. One really good snack that I take everywhere with me is peanuts and rasins. Put them in a ziplock bag and you can put them in a purse, glovebox, or were ever is conveniant for you.

How many times can a person get married before it's to many? I am an attorney here in Oklahoma and right now we have the highest divorce rate of any state in the USA. Which to an extent puts me in some fear as a twice divorced...
