I am getting so tired of having chicken the same way. Do you have any ideas on how I should prepare my chicken tonight? I have all sorts of spices in my cabinet, gravy's and sauce. All ideas are welcome!

naturalbella889 hey glad you liked...how did it turn out buy the way. I actually made chicken stew last night...all the ideas made me just do it. I didn't have alot of spices but I had a nice basil and tomato sauce.

naturalbella889 hey thanks...that's one of the main reason I do it. I'm trying to eat right to be healthy but I have to be healthy inside out and the skin is the largest organ. I's bad enough I have to deal with air born pollutants.

naturalbella889 But that's just it...I don't think you can have space if the person does not understand the need to give you space. Some people smother you and they don't seem to know it. In those situations I prefer just to be alone

naturalbella889 I did ask two doctors, dermatologist to be exact, they said that skin care products do contain chemicals that are really harmful to the skin and body.
