nemarose I suggest you do the "laugh therapy"... You know... When you are alone in your bedroom.... of course nobody should see you... They might think you are crazy. JUST LAUGH and LAUGH and LAUGH.... It's fun!!! That is "LAUGH THERAPY" for me! ! !
