nicole6 by letting them first participate in the cleaning process, that's whta i do to my daughetr everytime she wakes up, i tell to make up her bed, we do it together and i explain to her why she have to do it.You just have to explain and talk to them i gues.....

nicole6 No,you have to be very careful about it,thoughts and e-mail are not enough to know the real person, you have to meet him/her.Don't just based the personality of the person through e-mail or letters.
