How would you go about getting money from a company that never paid you?

I was employed by a photography company for about 6 months. When I quit, they owed me almost $2,000. That was over 6 months ago. They still owe me $1,600. I don't think waiting for the money is working. And bugging them daily...

nightpegasus Sounds like a kewl job but no waiting for your money...especialy at this time of year, is a bad thing. I would contact them and let them know that if you don't have your pay by a certian date (that you set when you call) then you will be taking it to a court...
