nitanelson I do agree that we are tend to work late night due to hard deadlines in the project.. but this wud really affect ur health and thinking ability as well!! I hav bad experiences on the same!!

nitanelson Never ever take up hormone treatments.. Thats the worst thing any of us could do.. I have seen one of my friend who is facing lots of side effects jus coz of this !! Aloe vera is gud.. But I hate the smell of it !! Still for the sake of gud hair I shall...
