nlpman they certainly can - particularly in sinus because they are very high in fat and for some reason, some people get a build up of mucus in the sinuses which gives the headache. But then there are many kinds of headache. A sinus headache feels like something is...

I do meditation and breathing exercises daily so that gives me lot of confidence on me and i don't gt strees anytime so i want to know more techniques from you people so can please give me solutions for that one.
