I do meditation and breathing exercises daily so that gives me lot of confidence on me and i don't gt strees anytime so i want to know more techniques from you people so can please give me solutions for that one.

nlpman I can highly recomend what is called Heart Coherence breathing method. Takes a minute a day or as long as you can spare. For full instructions do a google on "heart coherence". It is really easy Dave
