Kareng @Novianping Sure. You could do 395 but I find it dries the chicken out. I use the lower heat and just cook it for a few minutes longer.

Kareng @Novianping It will be much easier when you stop breast feeding. Your body knows you need the calories when breast feeding, and it is very hard to lose weight then. Best of luck to you.
