o0Tora0o That seems like a ton of work. Why not just activate an input method editor (IME)? They sit in the system tray on the taskbar and there are shortcuts that let you toggle between languages. It's a lot easier than messing with the keyboard layout.

o0Tora0o I'm technically a Verizon customer. I was with Alltel since 2004, but my account transferred to Verizon last month. I don't think their rates are outrageous... then again, my service plan is still a modified Alltel plan, not an actual Verizon...
