o2bfree I most deff. do! I actually found mylot by trying to find someone to talk to on a horrible day.....It has been very helpful like you said to hear others life experiences and take from it what applies to me.

I'm not very comfortable exercising in front of people. Jogging is okay. But aerobics, tae bo or pilates? I just can't, because I look foolish. I'm so uncoordinated! What about you?

o2bfree As long as others are exercising too and not just spectating then I am completely fine with it. They are not paying as much attention to you as you would think. Love yourself, uncoordination and all! Best Wishes
