Fat Builds up due to starvation !!!

People who skip breakfast, trigger a starvation mode in the body. Not having even a small bite for more than 4 hours also triggers it !! What you eat later goes into more storage as fat due to this. Cheer up all ye overweight...

sparkal1011 Took adipex and my body got used to it and I stopped losing weight. I only lost about 10 lbs from it but it really does curb your appetite and it gave me energy. Long term use has been known to cause depression.
