padmashankar cooking is time consuming, but it is stress buster!!!! by cooking u are able to satisfy so many people? it be comes tasty when done with love. incidently i am also a good cook!!!

padmashankar As soon as you open your eyes, Inhale and exhale five times. Think ofGod and the wondeful things he has created. The think what u want to do today. and the turn to your left and get up. get in to the pending jobs and start doing it . you will not feel lazy....
