Is not enough sleep bad?

What do you think? Is it true that not enough sleep causes diabetes and other illnesses? I have heard some things. I am more interested than concerned because I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. How about you?

I'm am so outdone w/my doctor, his nurse & what can i do about it? NOTHING!! I went to the dr. last fri. & he thinks i may have diabetes. Of course i have worried myself to death about this. Yesterday i get a letter on my blood...

pand3mic I have also been told I might have diabetes, but turns out I didn't, he didn't get back to me in like 2 weeks because he was "busy"
