Pankaj You are absolutely right.We should think twice before speaking.I think words are the best comforters so why should we not use it wisely. I mean few nice words could do wonders and the opposite could be disastrous.So its better to keep a check on our tongue...

Pankaj Why do you think that you are the only one who has taken an appointment? There are any more going through the whole process and it takes time.What would happen if everyone becomes impatience? Just think about this,my friend, and you won't complain.

Pankaj It's great they have developed a healthy habit so early.You should encourage and take them with you without bothering about the reason behind their interest.Of course 3 kms is a little too much for them so it could be reduced. Bravo, kids of a real fitness...
