pennyfortheguy My Name is Nicholas and anyone who seen me through my life knows what I do best. my name is greek for "Victory over the people" and not sure about my middle name James. I loved it couldnt be named any better ^_^

Do you like your cookies soft and chewy or crispy?

I prefer soft cookies..even in a sugar cookie. There aren't many that I like that are crispy. I usually don't overbake mine, but I have a friend that bakes hers too long and they get kind of hard, but that is the way they are used...
