maezee I think a candid, one-on-one conversation is necessary. Explain your side of things. I know it seems uncomfortable, but maybe she is not aware that the issue even exits if it hasn't been brought up yet.

Sherry Certainly you can offer to help her when the complains, but being busy makes some people feel important. Also, some people are very controlling, so if you would not do the task exactly the way she does it she would feel like it is wrong.
