Plums

I have a butt load of plums because are tree has produced a ton this year... So I am wondering what the benefits of eating plums are... I am hoping that when I get hungry I will just eat plums and drink water besides the normal...

pilatesmom4 I agree with the too many warning, they can irritate your tummy and the little kids too. But add them to breads and pancakes, very tasty! Also, we are a Juicing family and these are just delicious. You can add Apples to help balance the amount of bathroom...

pilatesmom4 Buy a Juicer! We love our new Breville (pricer than some) but worth it! We make smoothies with remaining fruit, add them altogether, no ice or milk needed...the dry ruffage can be used for muffins or adding to sauces. REmove all large pits but keep the smaller...

Which is better: yoga, or pilates?

pilatesmom4 You may hear that they are very much alike. I'm a professional Pilates teacher and studio owner so my expertise is Pilates. As a lover of Yoga in a personal sense I can give you my thoughts on both. They are actually quite different in their breathing methods...

what are some house cleaning tricks that you moms use around your house. LIke I use vinegar as a deorderizer. Plus my daughter likes to help clean so I mix it with water and let her go to town. What do ya'll do
