how does it help my earnings, and does it make a Big difference in doing so? I have not noticed if it does or not, so would appreciate some comments on this.

sbeauty I'm anxious to find out if anyone knows about this, too. I religiously try to hit all the +s, but am I really doing people any good or am I just wasting my time? Why is it that mylot never tells us anything but expects us to figure it all out on our own?

ChewySpree I think the guidelines were published the same day I signed up (just a few days ago). The "guidelines" link is at the bottom of the page (scroll all the way down) where they provide the "do's" and "don't's" for posting. I think it's a good start.

scrubradio I read the guidelines yesterday as I had a notice in my box about them. There is alot going on here that is against guidelines. They are going to need to automate the system a bit to clean the place up. Staff will never be able to keep up. I had an idea...

ChewySpree Automation would be a good long-term solution, but for now, when you see guideline violations, all you have to do it use the ! button to bring it to the admin's attention.

scrubradio I have used the !, the problem I have with it is having to add a description before it submits. I'd rather the ! just flags the post as unappropriate needing to be reviewed. Again automation would be good here too. Any post receiving 6 ratings of ! gets...

ChewySpree I think they should implement a minimum character requirement for compensation, but not necessarily for posting something period. I think they might be headed that way by reviewing the newly announced guidelines. Anything that can be done to promote more...

MichelleLDevon I adore coffee - I'm addicted. I drink it all the time, day or night, and love it after dinner with dessert. I can't handle decaf, it is bitter or something. It doesn't keep me up, coffee actually helps me relax.

kesfylstra I agree with pintac, there are many people on MyLot who speak English as a second language. Ask me to do this in Spanish, and I would certainly butcher most grammar, and probably spelling. Keep in mind the English language is the most non-sensical language....
