pintac I agree. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is a classic. My father and I must've seen it at least a half dozen times in my younger years. The theme song is one of my all time favorite tunes as well.

pintac Well, we have to be mindful that myLot is a global community. For a lot of members, English is not their native language. So, some latitude is required here. Imagine if you had to write in a foreign language. ;)

pintac Don't deprive yourself. Just pull back a bit and go there in moderation. How often do you go there now? I suggest you reduce the number of meals there slowly. Substitute some meals with other foods like maybe a Subway sandwich? or whatever else you like that...
