Do you think it is safe to on your laptop all day long?

Sometimes I have to upload big videos, and they usually take a long long time to upload. I often have to leave my laptop on overnight. Do you think this is a good idea? Can laptop nowadays withstand long usages?

pluntima Laptops these days can surely withstand long usages. I download a lot of stuff from internet every night. So i have been leaving it on every night for about it a year now. It works just as it was working a year back. Cheers!
