polgeram I've accepted all requests, too. Learning about other cultures is HUGE in today's world economy and rapid information transmittal. I'd also be curious to know from your viewpoint how the Olympics are going in your country?

polgeram Not a chance! Stress and feel-good eating has added 40 pounds since last year. Thank goodness for thrift stores where I can buy "new" clothes for next to nothing while returning the too small clothes. I can always update my wardrobe without breaking my bank...

i have seen most women as they age, they look more and more graceful. but they develop fleshy bellies and fleshy upper arms. can anyone tell why is it so???????

polgeram For me, it was stress. And then eating to feel good. I've gained about 40 pounds in the last year. And quit my job because of it. Sure is hard to get rid of it. Reduced metabolism or reduced activity? Perhaps a little of both or a lot of one.
