what is your opinion about the absent parent to pay child support agency when children have been turned to his/her age? it is avery sensitive issue for children because he/she has to go through all trauma. some are against it...

I just had my leg operated on again, this is the second time since November, and the Doctor has sent me home from the hospital with strict orders to remain on bed rest for at least 2 weeks, right now I am as I have been all day...
