$.09?!

A lot of that seriously depends on the quality of posts. If they are of high quality, then more will be given on that. I've not figured it out and I just worry about posting and then check the next day. It can be surprising but then again you never really know what happens until it does. I think a lot of it is the amount of posts made per day. I admit I try to be active as possible with going 20-30 per day. I've never gone beyond that but maybe I will try to go higher like up to 40+ a day. They could increase it but I don't know the exact rate of how much is paid per post. I've wondered that but it's just a great big mystery to me. I really don't know what to tell you. I haven't been here that long so I just take it one day at a time on this and not worry about it. I just try to see if I can do better the next day. Sometimes I can and sometimes I come up a little short but overall it really doesn't bother me as much. I've only made a little but how little I've posted on one day because I wasn't on a lot but it happens. Don't be discouraged about it and just try to post as much as possible that's quality posting. I don't know how that is exactly defined. Would be nice for it to raise it but again I don't know the exact rate. Sorry can't be much help there.

yes i agree with you..... 0.09$ for 6 hours.! its not good.... but my dear friend i am working in mylot for 1 half hour per day and i am earning .10$-.20$ ....... you are working for 6 hours, you should get atleast.50$-.80$ but i think you should improov your posts quality... Try these steps to improove your earning.. 1.try to startr two-five new discussionms per day, 2.response 20-50 posts per day, 3.YOUR REWSPONSE,DISCUSSION SHOULD BE 3-5 LINES, and rate the discussions you respond ,and rate the responses you get, 4.mark as best response to one response which you think is the best, 5.make more frienmds who will response in your discussions,and you too respond to them. 6.and should add "comments" to every response you get, adding comments will restart our discussion and our discussion shown on the main page, with this you will get more responses and more money , 7.add more tags as your post will show in that topic list,and more people will see your post and you will get more response and more money... What did you expect? This is mainly for fun. If you are looking for better money, there is the option of getting a real job. That would be one option. The other option would be to check out other pay sites. I spend 16-20 hours per day in here and sometimes don't even get that much. But I'm not here for the money. And yes I do have a real job, I work on the computer and check in here every hour or so to waste time. I personally think myLot is alright just the way it is.

I realised that there is just no way of knowing how much you are going to earn here at mylot and it seems all my attempts to discover it has not actually worked. But from the little I was able to learn you need to make your responses a bit long, lets say 4 lines and above. This will earn you about a cent for each of them. Also try to to start discussions that people can respond to and especially respond to with long enough responses. You may add pictures to your discussions too. Oh and try to get some referrals who would be active on mylot. These are just a few stuff I learned here, there may be more out there.

Did you post a bunch of responses on one discussion? You can only get one post for each discussion. If you make a discussion and then talk to people on it, you are only going to get one post. You need to post on many different discussions.

I've never gotten as little as .09 unless I was only on for a few minutes, maybe making 3 responses. So I'm not sure I understand what happened to you! Did you read the discussion guidelines, and are you following them? I think that mylot actually pays me pretty well for the time that I spend here, compared to other online money-making sites. Of course it's nowhere like the money of having a real job, but making $20-$40 a month for something I do in my free time isn't so bad to me. Since I have a full-time job and a family, I'm not really on all that much either! So I don't know if it's a matter of the type of responses I make, but I really haven't noticed my earnings being too little.

Don't give up. I think the earning depends on the quality of your discussions and responses. I know how difficult to earn more from Mylot. My highest payment is no more than $0.90 a day.

Anyway 9 cents is better than nothing, but remember that maybe you have earned more but myLot update your earnings every 24 hours,so surely you have to wait in order to claim the real amount. Moreover remember that myLot considers valid posts only those that are at least five or six lines long, so don't waste your time answering just yes or no to other myLotters discussions. Yeah, sometimes I wish they do raise what they give. But there are times when I expected to get very little, but I got more so I guess I'm not complaining much. But right now, I'm also a bit disappointed because I still haven't reached the payout amount and it's been 2 months, but I guess that's my fault. I don't have that much time to post nowadays. Don't worry, just keep on posting. Try making your posts longer but insightful also. There was a time when I only posted about 5 but they're long and I really thought about them and I got about $.10 for them.

I have still not figured out how they pay. I have tried all different things, like starting lots of discussions, posting long answers and on days when I think I've done really good, I don't make much. Other days when I've only answered a few, I've made more then I was expecting. But, it does sound like you should have made more.

Well more money is always good I think everyone wants more money for eveythiing they do that's just life. However, I think the administration will just get mad at you for somplaining about them on the site. I mean I don't know for sure cause I'm just a member like you, but I think I read something about that in the regulations.

Well I only made two cents and I posted in about ten discussions. Two of the replies were really long though. I think mylot should raise the prices maybe a little bit. Or else make it that you get at least one cent per photo you upload.

well you got 0.09 for 6 hours, but how much posts you made ??, i sit one hour daily and sometimes i miss a day, but in total i think i have posted for 15 to 20 hours and i have earned 2$ till now, thats may be because of my referals, they are not much active but sometimes many of them posts so i earn from them.

I agree with you 6 hours for posting and yet earning only $09 is not that justify you should really earning $1 or more for the time you spend. I think Mylot should really give us more earnings specially when we spend more time here.

In mylot I think earning is not linked with the time we spent. For that you have to join some surfing program. Here you to do some quality postings for discussions, respond to discussions and if you post some good pictures related to the discussion that it will boost your earnings. However its very absurd to earn 0.09 for 6 hours.

Well I've just gone through the first 5 posts you have made from your profile page. Your posts contained 30 words, 3 words, 35 words, 12 words and 2 words. Those posts are not what myLot calls 'quality' posts and would have earned you nothing at all. OK, what you said was interesting and to the point and sometimes that is what I do as well but then I'm not here for the money, I'm here for the interest. You have spent a big chunk of 6 hours reading a topic and then wasting that time posting a sentance for nothing. If you wish to earn some pin money here them make each post a minimum of 50 words; better 80 to 100 words and then it might earn a few cents. My post here is 175 words and may make me a couple of cents - that is until this topic is deleted because it goes against myLot Terms of Service to talk about earnings here and certainly to complain about earning here! haha

Hmm buddy i think mylot is nothing to do with your complain :) as the algorithm that calculate earnings is something that we can not understan as sometime i think i will get .5$ but ended with .1$ or vice versa so i think you have to be positive and work hjard if you need something about ot mylot.
