Your MyLot user name

As you know me well enough, I bare all, I have nothing to hide, I am too open and honest I guess but for real friendship to flourish you have to be open and honest, why I chose wolfie34 it's because of my nickname, admittedly one I made for myself, but it's because I am so much like a wolf in so many respects that it just stuck! Yes I hold my hands up and I do use other names because I am colourful I hate being boring. I also call myself kalamazoo and Reese because those two names mean something for me. My real name is Brian, nothing exciting there, so it's just nice to glamour myself up a bit! I need some fun in my life LOL! But what you see is what you get I will always be wolfie xxx

I agree with you in the sense that honesty is the best policy but it's also true that sometimes people have to, or really want to hide behind the usernames. I'm one of those people unfortunately so I only ever let people know my first name which is Emma. I very rarely divulge my husbands name and even rarer still, divulge my kids. There are some unscrupulous people out there who will quite happily take advantage of your openness and steal your identity and do all sorts of strange things with it and as i've had that happen before, I'm not willing to take a risk again. Still, It's nice to know that there are still people in the world who are loud and proud so way to go you!

I don't hide from people I trust, but I'm aware of the dangers of the Internet. I only disclose my real identity to those I care for and trust to be honest, upstanding people. You never can be too careful on here... trust me. I've been there. Brightest Blessings my dear friend. xxxxx

I'm not hiding from anything, I just had a cute picture of my cat and decided to use her name instead, which is Kashmere...Kash for short. I don't use my real name because of too many creepy people lurking around and ya just never know, but my nickname is Bobbie, and that's used in part of my email, haha. I am very honest and don't go around bashing anybody on Mylot, if I don't care for the discussion, I just don't respond to it. I'm only here to have some fun and make friends, and, so far so good.......take care.

No, I don't hide behind my user name. It actually defines who I am, (K) my first name is Karri (angel) is a nickname that my grandpa always called me and (48446) is my zip code. Most of the people that I speak to on places like Yahoo messenger & Myspace are my friends/family so I don't really need to hide behind the computer. As far as mylot, I am still fairly new around here and am trying to get to know people. :-)

Hi Raydene, you know what my name is just by looking at it. It was a mistake me putting in my real name because they say you are not suppose to use your real name because of the hackers and such. They even say you are not suppose to use your same password. so o each its own I guess. Have a wonderful day.

My mylot name is sudiptacallingu. Basically Sudipta is my name and the callingu was added by me for various chat and instant message sites. It was done without much thought, however I just got the hang of it and kind of started liking it. so when I started mylotting, I did not want to take any new name instead stuck on to sudiptacallingu.

My username, trinale, is actually short for TRINity ALEXus. That's my little princess. I wants say that if you want to see what my heart looks like, you don't have to cut me open, just look at her. Anyway, I usually use my real name pretty much everywhere online (and a picture as well) because I'm a part-time internet marketer. I want and have a good reputation and I want people to know I'm a real person that's not planning on disappearing one night. If you do a search on edward gause, you're probably get a couple thousand hits from articles I've written in the past. I don't write as much as I used to because I don't have the time and now that all newbies are encouraged to write articles to get back links, the web is flooded with them! Cheers, Ed

By using a username, it represents my identity, so I am careful of what I say too. The username came about because I was trying to create an email account and most of them are already being used. It was a moment of anger that I thought of this username and bingo! No one uses it, so I use it and have been using it since.

Gantwick is a name that popped into my head after an unusually vivid dream I had about 20 years ago. Gantwick (in the dream), my other self, lives in another place that is not Earth. At the time I had this dream, I read a lot of fantasy books and stories, and so the dream was filled with magic and arcane objects. I've written a few stories from Gantwick's point of view, although they seem more like journal entries of various periods of his life. Gantwick is a lot more outgoing than I am, and a bigger risk taker - preferring to live life to the fullest and on the edge, rather than sitting quietly in a cube farm all day.

Hi I am who I am. I speak my mind and if that bothers people well to bad. I picked my username after my dog so I would be able to remember it easily. Anyone who was to look at my profile would see I am a pround mom and dog owner. Nothing more nothing less. I do use caution while online as you can not always know who is out there. well, as for me, this user name doesn't really hide me...my real name is eden and 'shii' is just like a title in a certain language...specifically 'Ms." so my username basically means Ms. Eden...even if rarely knows me her, but i don't feel like saying anything i want...any rude stuff that may offend someone...

Hi. My name is 'Bhushan Guhagarkar' and as you can see my user name has first 5 letters of my first name and first 4 letters of my last name. I always use 'bhushguha' as my user name. My most friends know my user name in most of the sites is 'bhushguha'.

Well I am also using my Name and then some Numbers that have a meaning to me I have no reason to hide behind a User Name But I know that a lot of People do but I guess some feel safer that Way

My id on MyLot is part of my name. I dont use the whole name but my friends who truly know me already have that information. I never use my real name on Yahoo, but there are a few idiots out there, and they know who they are, who spend their waking hours digging up every tidbit of personal info they can find thinking that will make them important to others. It's never a good idea to post any real info on the internet, no matter what the site. I have nothing to hide, but I certainly dont see the need to blast my info all over for just anyone to use either. Just my opinion.

I use that nickname everywhere that it,s kinda about money. So it will not be hard for me to remember it. I've been using it for 5 years now. In other forum, I will choose my shortname Gaby that stand for Gabrielle because in real life that's how everyone i calling me :P

hi raydene, I use my user name as common name for all my disscussion forums, internet chating, and social sites, sothat any common friend from these sites can recognize me easily and become my friend.

i chose my mylot username to be xleslieanne because it's the name i use for tons of sites i'm signed up on as well as one of my yahoo email and im names. it's my first and middle name combined with the letter x in front of it - just because. so it's simple for me to understand and everything.

Hi My email name is actually my first name and surname separated by an underscore. My user name in all my thingybobs is and always will be nurrynoo...that is what my mum used to call me when i was little..she still does occassionally. She used to sing me a song "nurrynoo did a poo, all around Australia" my name is Nur(pronunciation: rhymes with door). So it just reminds me of my mummy :-)
