Hello lingli! If I'm really really tired before going to bed I do snore but that's not often. My mom says if you hear someone snoring wake him or her up. I'm not sure why... well probably so that that snoring will stop ^-^.

Oh God do I snore. It is awful. One day I herd banging on my apartment wall, it seems that my neighbor herd me and I had to nerve to get mad because she woke me up banging - that is until I found out it was all my fault. I had to move my bed away from that wall. I saw something on TV where they said if you have your uvula removed research has found 40-60% effectiveness in reducing symptoms. I am even considering that. It really is a problem.

Hello lingli. My wife complains that I snore. She would poke me to wake me up if she is bothered from falling asleep. I know well that a snoring person makes the other hard to fall asleep because I had the same experience when I was living a hotel overnight with the other customer. One night, the guy next to my bed was making such a noise like thundering, driving me so crazy that I had to turn on the TV to wake him up, but in vain. The loud snoring noise was still going on. What a broken sleep I had that night! The next day I was so exhausted. So now I prefer to always get a single room when I have to go on business or travel somewhere to enjoy my sleep. Thanks. Take care.

hi williamjisir... thanks for responding... oh yes, i am so annoyed when my hubby snores so loud because it really disturbs me... it is so bad until he asks me whether he wants him to move to the other room to sleep... i don't have the heart to do that... so i just try to bear with it and fall asleep eventually... but it is annoying... yes, having a room on your own during business trip will be great... you have the privacy and can have a good night sleep without interruption...

Yes, I have been known to snore, and even have woke myself up doing it. It's usually when I am extra tired that I snore, or a certain position that I may be laying. Not too long ago, my oldest daughter woke me up and said, mom roll over and quit snoring.

*Raises Hand* I snore and it's worse whenever I sleep on my back. For as long as I can remember I have always snored. Sometimes it gets so bad I wake myself up doing so. I wish I had a remedy to snoring. Sometimes after snoring badly I wake up with a very dry mouth and throat.

Hi lingli_78, I have heard that one of the best things related to managing snoring is simply to not become overtired and to stick to a good sleeping schedule. To me, this makes a lot of sense because the people I know of who deal with snoring (their own condition or a partner's) say that it is louder and worse when someone is particularly overtired and stressed. I don't really know about my own snoring because I've lived solo for a little while. I've been told that I do snore, but to what extent this currently bothers my cat, I'm not sure. I don't think he minds too much. He's never awakened me to have me roll over, and has never elbowed me so I can change sleeping positions or anything! LOL HE SNORES, however, and it is ALWAYS WORSE if he is overtired! :)

me me me I snore. My partner and i tend to race eachother to sleep each night because we both snore, and we sometimes keep eachother awake. I do have one of those snore pilows that cuts down on the snoring a little. I have seen some sprays in the store that are supposed to keep your pallet moist and thus elimanating the snoring, but I have not tried any of them yet.

Dear Lingli, No one had told that I snore while sleeping. I do know few of my relatives who snores, but I do know why they snore. But certain days I had seen if they had plenty of water intake they snore less. I also has noticed those who do regular exercise also snore less.

Tell you truth i don't know if i snore, i mean , can you hear yourself? I cannot so maybe i don't snore. My hubby snore very loud too, but also he has a sleeping apnoe. This is the illness when he need a machine for his nigth to breath with. I was also watching reportage last week about snoring and they have some arm watch for you and when you snore, it vibrate and you stop snoring. It didn't wake you up, so you should have healthy sleeping. Maybe that works.

My husband tells me that I do when my allergies are acting up but it is very quiet, more like a heavy breathing. He says its cute, so I guess I don't sound like a sawmill. My parents both snore terribly though!! You can hear them two states away! My husband tends to snore pretty loud sometimes too. Louder when he is really tired. It usually doesn't bother me but if it does, I will just tell him to roll on his side facing the wall and he normally either stops for awhile or at least gets quieter.

I'm pretty sure I don't snore. I know I sleep talk, but I don't snore. At least no one has told me I do, anyways. When I was little my younger sister always snored and I hated it because she was so stinking loud and I had to share a bedroom with her. Half the time I ended up throwing pillows at her and telling her to can it! I'm all grown up and married now, and my husband snores sometimes. It usually dosen't bother me unless it's particularly loud one night for some odd reason or another. And I have a six month old daughter and when she's napping, she snores! It's crazy because she's so tiny and you hear this faint rubling from across the room only to discover that the cute little baby is snoring! Ha ha ha! Seriously though, it's cute as all get out when she does it!

I do not snore at all. But my husband snores too loud. He snores even when he sleeps in the afternoon. Most of the time it is extremely loud and disturbs my sleep. I even have to wake him up because I am scared that our neibours would hear his loud snore :) Besides snoring, he even sneezes while sleeping....damn loud and I get very upset but can't really help. I too have been looking for good medicine for this crazy snore....if you find out please tell me also....I would be very thankful. Cheers!!!

I'm not really sure if I snore since my hubby is not telling me anything. Even when I was still living with my parents, nobody is telling me if I snore. Hubby occassionally snores when his really tired. I don't mind it since it's not that annoying. According to some, the best solution to cure snoring is to do it the natural way. Practice yoga, breathing techniqies and exercises.
