Currently my dog Sherlock is laying on my lap while I'm on the computer. He's taking up one arm, so I'm trying to type with one hand. He is currently front and center in my mind as he is really having horrible gas at the moment. It doesn't seem to bother him, he's happy as a lark. But it sure as heck bothers me! I'm trying to breathe through my mouth.
Sherlock's favorite toy is this flat piece of pink material that uses to resemble some kind of small animal that I've yet to decipher its identity. I never will now, the stuffing has been pulled out. But he loves that thing, and doesn't want a new one. Makes me think of Gissi and gabs discussion about him wanting his blankets back. What is your pet's favorite toy?

I have two dogs and one of them is fat and arrogant and doesn't care for toys, the other one likes whichever toy you bring home. The last one(hidden in the closet at the time) is some blue dog-bear with it's guts torn out, that's why it's banned at the moment. It's great to see him happy but he should definitely control his passion to tear things up. Otherwise, five minutes of play mean twenty minutes of vacuuming for me! lol

Our vehicles are actually our cats favorite toys. If they are outside and we come home, they are all over the car, trying to come in the windows, sitting on the roof of the convertible, sliding down the windshield. Creamery likes Bob to open the drivers door, and he wants to walk through and out my door, then back again.

My cats favorite toy is me. She won't leave me alone. she always wanting to play even while pregnant. I remember once when my husband gave our cat some chili. Oh boy! The cat was ripping really stinky ones and seemed to attach itself to me no matter how many times I tried to get away from her..It made me nausous for sure and never again was the cat gave chili because my husband learned his lesson not to give the cat leftovers.

My cat sleeps with a teddy bear. It's a miniature teddy bear, just her size. I actually have a picture of her sleeping with it. I had to get a pic of it because people weren't believing me when I would tell them my cat sleeps/cuddles with a teddy bear! LOL
I'm not able to post the pic directly, but here's a link to the pic:

Oliver likes puffs, happily he's happy with any puff. Ronnie likes craft loops, she can entertain herself for quite some time with one until its all streched out. Taj likes rubber bands, but they aren't good for cats so I take them away from him - he also liked the curly telephone cords, so we had to get cordless phones since he bit them. Almost all of the cats like those rings off the milk jugs and will play with the puffs and other small cat toys. But best of all are the interactive toys - sometimes called bugs.

Hi Amber!! Wilbur our cat doesn't really have a favorite toy, but if he sees a milk container top that we have accidentally dropped on the floor he will start batting it around LOL. The thing he likes to do to get attention if we don't do what he wants is to jump up on my desk and lay on my old printer. He will then meow at me and if that doesn't work he will try to get on my laptop while I'm trying to type LOL!!

Her favourites are tennis balls and bubbles. I can't even spell the word bubble out loud. She figured out what it meant, so my daughter and I refer to bubbles as "those things" or "the you know whats". Otherwise she gets soooo excited and runs back and forth to where they are stored and the back door, whining in excitement. She goes nuts with excitement over blowing bubbles. She chases and pops them all.

My 4 month old kittens love empty pop boxes! We cut the ends out of them and they run through them like they are a tunnel.
My one kitty Jazzers she will get up on my lap and the little arrow that is your cursor on the screen she pounces on that all the time I think that is one of her favorites too!

We would give our dog little stuffed animals and she would play with them for maybe a day then rip the stuffing out and she would get a new one. Well, my son gave her this little stuffed tiger with fluffy arms and legs- it was his, a gift from his big sister, but he felt like he wanted the dog to have it for some reason. I was a little worried because it is the cutest little toy, his sister gave it to him, and I *knew* that it wouldn't last more than a few days.
Well...was I ever wrong!
It is a golden brown color, just like her (she is a golden retriever). She has never once chewed it, she carries it around, and she sleeps with it. I know we aren't supposed to "humanize" our dogs...but I am convinced she thinks this thing is her baby...and that's what we call it- say to her "where's your baby?" and she will go find it and bring it to you. I thought it would last all of three days..? She has had it now for about THREE YEARS!! I just don't know what we will do if it ever falls apart.
The other toy she likes (same son gave it to her...lol) is a fluffy bone that squeaks...I've never seen a dog actually play with a squeaky toy like that- usually they just try their darndest to get the squeak out, haha- but she will play with it by pushing her nose into it until she finds the squeaky spot and then she just sits there and squeaks away! It's pretty comical.

My dog loves stuffed animals, we call them foo foos. He plays with those in the house. Outdoors is obsessed with his tennis ball. He carries everywhere, until he finds someone to throw it for him. Our cats, we have 3, like this old string, a stuffed mouse with a bell on the tail, and a plastic ball that has a bell in it. They are really strange.

Sadly, we are pet fee at the moment. But we did have rats annoying us for a while. They loved getting in the roof and playing with the baits the pest control man put up there. Such a noisy game of Rat Bait Soccer, and they would be at it for hours! Thankfully for us, and tragically for the rat world, they finally ate the baits and are gone.

My dog is no longer with us, but she used to have a hard plastic ball, that was the size of a back yard rubber ball. She played with that thing every day for years, batting it around with paws like a soccer star. We thought it got lost once and it was very sad, we found it in the shed thank goodness because we could not find another one like it anywhere. The ball now sits on my office shelf next to my dogs ashes.
